Simple Tips to Overcome Fatigue

* Get enough sleep at least 7 to 8 hours every night.

* Eat right. During breakfast, add protein to your diet and carbohydrates like eggs or wheat bread.

* Depression causes fatigue, in order to overcome this try taking medication or psychotherapy. 

* Avoid drinking too much coffee, chocolate, sodas, tea or other drinks that contains caffeine.

* Exercise in order to fight fatigue especially to those who have mild fatigue.

* If you have food allergies, try to eliminate eating a particular food to see if it improves your fatigue. Going to a doctor for an allergy test on food is a good idea.
